Chief Experience Officer Angela McClure and her team are responsible for the strategy and programs supporting the overall experience of everyone we serve — employees, patients and their families, partners, physicians, and customers. By prioritizing people, her team promotes stronger engagement, higher performance, and the delivery of superior care within a compassionate culture.
Previously, Angela served as senior vice president of Human Resources, and prior to joining us in 2014 she was the head of human resources for Physiotherapy Associates, a Select Medical Company. She was also part of the human resources management team for Gentiva Health Services, now Kindred at Home.
Angela holds a bachelor of applied arts and sciences degree from the University of North Texas with a concentration in management, human resources, and organizational behavior.
