National Cardiovascular Partners, LP (NCP), a leading nationwide developer, manager and operator of outpatient cardiovascular facilities, today announced a new joint venture partnership with Columbus Vascular Vein & Wound Center (CVVWC), central Ohio's premier vascular and vein treatment practice.
This is NCP's first joint venture partnership in Ohio. As part of the deal, NCP will assume the daily management and operations of the vascular center, as well as credentialing, administrative and billing functions, freeing up the center's physicians to focus exclusively on providing the highest quality of patient care. CVVWC will become part of the NCP's network of 21 Outpatient Centers throughout the United States.
"We are thrilled to join forces with such an established and highly-respected company like NCP," said Dr. Rajmony Pannu, owner and CEO of CVVWC. "Our priority has always been providing our patients with comprehensive and compassionate care. NCP shares that vision, and together, we will take patient care to the next level."
"We welcome CVVWC to our family of high-quality outpatient centers," said Brian Gauger, President of NCP. "The combination of their tremendously talented team with our deep bench of experienced operators makes this the perfect partnership."
With offices in Columbus, Zanesville and Newark, CVVWC's team of highly trained physicians and medical staff specialize in treating all types of vascular disease in an office-based setting, reducing the need for complex open surgeries. The spectrum of treatment includes all aspects of peripheral arterial disease, critical limb ischemia, non-healing wounds, swelling in the hands/legs/feet and chronic pain in the legs.
