We rely on the support of our donors to help us raise awareness about kidney disease and ignite the advancement of life-saving solutions like transplantation. In addition to our Transplant Fund, the Fresenius Medical Care Foundation (the Foundation) also manages donations to the CARES Fund, which provides financial assistance to eligible employees impacted by unforeseen disaster or hardship situations.
