As Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Care Delivery and US Litigation & Investigations, Patricia offers practical, business-oriented strategic advice to senior management of the organization, ensuring that we meet our business objectives while managing risk. In addition, she and her team represent the company in litigations and external investigations. She manages a team of 38 attorneys and 12 paralegals. Prior to her current position, Patricia served the organization as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Litigations, Payor Relations and Regulatory.
Before joining Fresenius Medical Care North America, she was a trial partner at Duane Morris LLP in Boston.
Patricia holds a Juris Doctor degree from Northeastern University School of Law. She received her master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa and her Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Connecticut.
