As our Chief Compliance Officer, Wendy Millette leads our team in developing sustainable plans of correction and improvements to business processes.
Wendy joined the company in 2007 as vice president and associate general counsel, managing our North American litigation department. In 2014, she transitioned to vice president of Regulatory Affairs for Fresenius Kidney Care, where she interacted extensively with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and state health departments. In this role, she gained an in-depth understanding of clinic operations while developing and overseeing the company’s internal mock survey program. Prior to joining us, Wendy spent seven years as a litigation attorney at Holland & Knight in Boston.
Wendy holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts Boston and a juris doctor degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
