Indianapolis Dreams

More than 300 children from a local Indianapolis Boys & Girls Club came together with 3,000+ Fresenius Medical Care North America (FMCNA) employees when we introduced them to one another in a most unexpected way.

At the 2016 Clinical Managers’ Conference, Fresenius Medical Care employees took part in the “All Together Better: Team Challenge” at Lucas Oil Stadium.  But here’s the kicker – neither the clinical managers nor the kids had any idea that they would meet and the circumstances that would bring them together.

FMCNA is the nation’s leading network of kidney dialysis facilities and our mission is to improve quality of life extends beyond the doors of our clinics and offices. Providing children with the resources to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle helps reduce the risk of developing kidney disease and other chronic illnesses.
